| In recent years,there has been a significant increase in tourism safety accidents in grassland scenic areas.However,due to the many advantages of grassland tourism,it has gradually received more and more attention and become a popular form of tourism.The risk control of grassland scenic areas is an important component of tourism enterprise safety management,and there are currently few clear and guiding regulations.Therefore,the current risk control work of grassland scenic area safety management cannot achieve standardization and uniformity.Different grassland scenic areas may also have differences in risk management and control work,and their effectiveness is also uneven.Therefore,this study will shift its focus to risk management in grassland scenic area safety management,attempting to explore effective and standardized management methods.Identifying and analyzing risk factors is a necessary part of analyzing the management and control of tourism risks in grassland scenic areas.The author starts from reality,combines literature research and field research to conduct a safety management study on tourism activities in grassland scenic areas from the perspective of risk control.First of all,in order to achieve effective control of risk factors in grassland tourism activities,this study starts from the extraction of risk factors,compares and analyzes common risk identification tools,and finally selects SHELL risk analysis model to identify hazard in each link of grassland tourism activities,analyze,classify and sort out human factors(Liveware),hardware factors(Hardware)Four types of risk factors,including software and environment factors,are then decomposed into specific secondary risk factors and their corresponding risk items.Secondly,by designing and distributing expert questionnaires to consult with many professionals,the reliability of the results of tourism safety risk factors in grassland scenic areas has been preliminarily explored.At the same time,based on the feedback of the expert questionnaire,some secondary risk factors have been added,omitted,or omitted,and integrated into a table of tourism risk factors in grassland scenic areas.Once again,based on the table of tourism risk factors in grassland scenic areas,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was used to analyze expert ratings.The weights of risk factors at all levels were calculated and ranked using SPSS software.The importance of human risk factors can be clearly recognized from the weight analysis results,and it can be concluded that factors such as subjective dangerous behavior of tourists,negligent behavior of tourists,subjective dangerous behavior of safety management personnel,and professional quality are more important than other indicators.Finally,the risk warning occurrence method is used to evaluate the risk factors identified in the actual risk management and control work of grassland tourism activities.By quickly determining the attributes of the risk factors,the evaluation results are obtained,and then the results are brought into the comparison table.Risk control measures can be implemented accordingly according to the risk management and control process.There are three main research findings.Firstly,this study is based on the SHELL risk analysis model to improve the workflow of tourism safety risk control in grassland scenic areas,and to screen and construct a tourism safety risk assessment system for grassland scenic areas;Secondly,this study found through analysis and calculation of the weight values of tourism safety risk factors at all levels of grassland scenic areas that risk factors at all levels can be ranked according to their corresponding weight values,and the results of the weight values of each risk item can be obtained;Thirdly,using the risk warning occurrence method to evaluate the risk factors identified in actual risk management and control work,the evaluation and valuation results can be obtained by quickly determining the attributes of the risk factors.The results can be brought into the risk evaluation value comparison table to implement corresponding risk management and control measures such as initiating emergency response,intervention and control,and paying attention to pre control according to the risk management and control process.This can provide some help for the safety management of grassland tourist attraction in reality. |
