Investigation And Improvement Of Tourism Safety In Rizhao Binhai Scenic Area

Tourism has become a pillar industry of the national economy.In 2016,the comprehensive contribution rate of the tourism industry to the national employment and GDP reached 10.26% and 11.01%,respectively.Accelerating the development of the tourism industry is an important part of major deployments such as the “building a modern economic system” and “building a beautiful China”.As a typical coastal tourism city,guided by the “rich tourism market” strategy,Rizhao achieved a steady increase in the proportion of the tourism economy.Coastal scenic spots are important to tourism development in Rizhao City.Seizing the opportunity of national tourism development and focusing on the strategic principle of “rich tourism in tourism” in Rizhao is a way to achieve a good and fast development of scenic spots.The improvement of tourist service level in scenic spots plays a crucial role in the sustainable development of tourism.As an important part of tourism services,tourism safety has become one of the most important factors in the perception of tourist attractions.This paper is based on surveys of tourist safety perceptions by two tourist intervention departments,including scenic tourists,scenic area safety management agencies,starting with tourist perceptions of tourism,such as sociology,travel motives,and tourist participation projects,and passing through the scenic area safety management department.Analysis of official data such as the number of cases and the incidence of scenic spots,including the investment protection of tourist attractions in the area of research into the protection of tourism safety and other aspects into the scope of the survey,after data statistics and analysis,the main conclusions of the study were obtained: The visitors' safety awareness is uneven,and the security situation of the scenic spot is complex;the monitoring range of the scenic spot safety management department is vague,and the emphasis is not enough.Through field research and questionnaire survey,the paper obtained the objective security status of coastal scenic and safety perception of tourists in Rizhao.Focus.on the differences between the two are analyzed: the differences of the relatively safe status of coastal scenic and poor tourists' perception.Based on the results of the survey,this paper analyzed the causes of the difference between the subjective perception and the objective status of tourists in Rizhao: First,visitors' growing environment and living environment as well as individual scenic security incidents will have a subjective impact on the perception of tourists' safety.Secondly,tourists analyze their own age,physical strength,and physical coordination ability to determine if they are safe in participating in certain activities.This judgment becomes the basis for visitors to consider the activity safe when they are surveyed.Analyzing the result of coastal scenic safety survey and influencing factors,the corresponding suggestions are proposed:(1)Strengthen tourists' safety protection and upgrade tourism basic service facilities;(2)Improve the management system for scenic spots and establish a coordination mechanism for departments;(3)Improve the operation quality of scenic spots,create a fair and just business environment;(4)Improve traffic accessibility and establish a tourism traffic safety system;(5)Strengthen scenic spot safety management to reduce the probability of occurrence of scenic spots;(6)Protection of group travel security,and improve the social security system;(7)Improve Residents participate in the effort to create a civilized and harmonious tourist atmosphere.
