"Culture is the blood of a nation, and is the spiritual home of people", but under the background of globalization and marketization, many excellent culture of minority communities, including zhuang traditional culture community, is undergoing a great change. Culture is a bridge of communication between people in the community, is a manifestation of the whole community collective spirit. The community culture precipitated by the time is the commonwealth of the community. It is the requirements that traditional community demand for economic development promote the tourism development of traditional community culture resources. At the same time, the characteristics of the ethnic community culture is the core content of tourism development, and should be placed at the first place. Currently, the protection of minority traditional culture has become an important part to build harmonious tourism community and society. Whether in China or the world, it must rely on the traditional ethnic community culture to develop community cultural tourism, this process is an important economic means to research on the region cultural and economic development, and to promote the conservation of nature and humanities. The economic development of national cultural industry is inseparable from the protection and inheritance of traditional culture heritage. Community development of the national traditional culture, is the economic level and culture protection jointly promote and long-term development. But it is the lack of the national community culture value’s grasp that results in the copy and imitation of other cultures, the loss of their own cultural characteristics in the process of product development, and the missing of ethnic community cultural tourism core value-oriented missing. In addition, uncoordinated issues of interests distribution between various stakeholders is a discordant elements of national community cultural tourism development currently. The reality is that with the tourism’s deepen development in national regions, economic and cultural life, many ethnic communities traditional culture disappear rapidly, the contradiction between economic development and cultural protection is intensified increasingly, which is not conducive to the community cultural protection and economic development. Therefore, how to resolve this contradiction becomes the priority of traditional community cultural tourism development.This topic takes the research on how to solve the contradiction between economic development and cultural protection in the process of traditional cultural tourism development as a starting point, tries to explore a feasible way to realize win-win situation. At the same time, this topic is based on two basic assumptions, the one is that the development value evaluation of traditional national community cultural tourism is the basic premise of its tourism development. the other one is that a harmonious relationship between economic efficiency and traditional culture protection is the guarantee of the common development of economy and culture, as well as the guarantee for its tourism economy to achieve sustainable development. Therefore, this subject mainly includes the following main contents: the traditional zhuang community culture tourism development value evaluation system in building——a harmonious and traditional zhuang community cultural tourism development degree index system model building——case study—— specific development strategy. The topic takes traditional zhuang community culture as the specific research object, dig traditional zhuang community culture, measure harmonious degree issue of community tourism development from various community aspects, and attempts to explore the necessary path to keep common development of the traditional community culture protection and tourism industry.This paper includes seven parts.
