With the harmonious and sustainable development of economy and the intensification of people’s awareness about the environmental protection, reverse logistics has become primary focus of some developed countries in the world. The choice of reverse logistics model is very important for enterprises to rationalize and improve the competitiveness of logistics. At present, we use qualitative methods to choose reverse logistics model, which has some certain one-sidedness and subjectivity. In order to meet the needs of the multi-objective decision-making in reverse logistics management, a full range of comprehensive evaluation index system should be built in the mode selection, including objective and fair evaluation of the choice of reverse logistics model. In addition, reverse logistics network design problem is limited to static single-product environment and the case of multi-product type design is little. Based on those, we do some research on reverse logistics operation mode selection and multi-level waste reverse logistics network. The main effort of the study can be concluded as follows:Firstly, the application backgrounds of reverse logistics are introduced. Its current researches are analyzed and some existing problems are described. The investigative objects are proposed, as well as the research methods.Secondly, the relevant concepts and theories of reverse logistics is elaborated, and the characteristics and causes are analysed, which have great values and significance to enterprises. The paper also points out the problems of China’s enterprises in the process of building and operating reverse logistics.Thirdly, first of all, three modes of operation of reverse logistics is analysed; Secondly, combined with the actual situation, the evaluation index system of the reverse logistics operation mode indicators is established. In practical problems, the indicators within the system elements are mostly independent-dependent, and the lower elements have feedback effects to high-level elements, meanwhile, system architecture tends to the network structure. While the ANP is well adapted to that.It takes the non-linear relationship of the indicators into account and equalizes the weight distribution; Finally, a decision-making methods based on analytic network process for operation models of reverse logistics is built.Then, a numerical example is designed and analysed, and the result tests the validity and feasibility of this model. Fourthly, for recycling of used products, this paper established a multi-level reverse logistics network. When building reverse logistics network gradually umder multi-cycle perspectivity, Enterprises have already considered the reverse logistics operations for the entire operating cycle, which also put forward new requirements for the construction and management of reverse logistics network.Considering the uncertainty of qualities of recycled products and waste ratio in reverse logistics, a model of facility location based on multi-products and multi-period was built in uncertain environment. Finally, an example was given to prove the validity of the model.
