Through the analysis of the causes of the problem, This is mainly due to the present stage, the new generation of migrant workers in the vocational training system is not perfect, the subject of vocational training between supply and demand information asymmetry and multi-government management, the low ability to integrate resources,and so on.By studying the successful experience of Japan, South Korea, the United States in the process of transfer of rural labor vocational training, hoping to enlightenment the vocational training of the new generation of migrant workers, and to bring to promote the sound development of vocational training. To solve the problems of vocational training for the new generation of migrant worker in current.It is require the joint efforts of all actors. First,government departments should strive to improve the vocational training system, Establish multilateral cooperation, investment mechanism. Second, the publicity departments should pay close attention to the new generation of migrant workers the main way to get external information, correspondence propaganda, in order to avoid futile. Third, companies should be from the long-term perspective, focusing on the new generation of migrant workers in the pre-service training and in-service training, and develop long-term cooperation mechanism, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. The last is not the least, the new generation of migrant workers themselves should pay attention to the overall quality of training, to broaden their horizons and improve themselves.
