On The Reform And Innovate Of Changchun Tourism Higher Education Under The Background Of Smart Tourism

With the widespread use of networking, cloud computing, mobile terminal in our daily life, Chinese tourism industry enters into the stage of wisdom tourism. Changchun city was incorporated into the wisdom tourism pilot cities in 2013 and opened the development of Changchun’s wisdom tourism. With the development of the wisdom tourism, the talent which wisdom tourism demands also produces a series of change. Talents depend on education, but throughout the current situation of Changchun city higher tourism education, it is not specifically reform for the wisdom tourism development situation. If the current Changchun city tourism higher education patterns continue, it will inevitably cause serious talent supply and demand dislocation. So Changchun city tourism higher education reform is imperative.This paper consists of five parts. The first part is the research background and the literature review; it introduces the situation of Chinese wisdom tourism, Changchun city which is incorporated into the wisdom tourism pilot cities faces the opportunities and challenges and the major findings of the scholars at home and abroad. The second part defines the definition of wisdom tourism, higher education of tourism and tourism and related field. The third part is from the perspective of talent demand, which is based on the tourism of "five departments "as the theoretical basis and takes excellent wisdom tourism enterprises as examples. It detailedly introduces scenic spots, hotels, travel agencies and the staff of tourism management’s job content and form of change situation under the background of wisdom tourism and analyzes the demand of various functional departments for the wisdom tourism. Part four is from the perspective of talent supply and it analyzes the present situation of Changchun city tourism higher education. In part five, through the contrast analysis of the wisdom of Changchun city tourism demand and supply conditions, it finds out the problems existing in the Changchun city tourism higher education and puts forward innovation strategy from the training facilities, admissions, training objectives, major setting, course system and teachers to cultivate the high-quality comprehensive talents, which have both tourism theory knowledge and skilled application of modern information technology. Last part is the conclusion. It points out the limitations and deficiencies in the study.
