The Research On Coordination Development Between The Infrastructure And Regional Economy Of Jilin Province

The coordinated development is a new development concept and development mode, it emphasizes the mutual cooperation between the systems, coordination and common development. Economy and infrastructure are important parts of the society.This theory has important guiding significance for so much not harmony phenomenon existing in our society,such as bottleneck, excessive construction and so on.The infrastructure provides the external conditions and the necessary material basis for the development of social production and people’s lives, it also can strongly stimulate economic development. At the same time, the development level and direction of the infrastructure will be restricted by economic development. Jilin province is an important part of the Old Northeast Industrial Base,so it is very necessary to explore the relationship between the infrastructure and the economy of it.This work has important practical value,because it can solve some problems of social reality and determine the development direction.This article is from this point,uses various research methods to study the relationship between infrastructure construction and economic development of Jilin province,from the perspective of qualitative and quantitative.This thesis defines the concept of infrastructure and structure, expounds the location theory, such as public goods theory, spatial interaction theory and system theory and other related theories.The coordinated development of the relationship between infrastructure and economic development and dynamic mechanism are key points of this paper, including the characteristics of infrastructure, relationship between infrastructure and economic development, the characteristics of the coordinated development and four aspects of dynamic mechanism.The core part of this study is measuring and evaluating the relationship between the economy and infrastructure of Jilin province after the reform and opening up the economy using the mode of the self correlation of the VAR vector.The result shows that there is a long-term relationship between the two variables. This paper refers to the physics "coupling" concept,in order to research Jinlin’s infrastructure and economic development from two dimensions of time and space. It also provides a realistic basis for determining the direction and scale of infrastructure development.
