The Research On The Investment Risk Management Of Private Enterprises In ZhejiangProvince Overseas

It has been the two themes of the world economic development with Economic Globalization and Regional Economic Integration today.Through these mutual trade and economic cooperation,it could be demand greater economic space,and become the inevitable choice of each country to maintain economic momentum. After Intriduction and Going out have been the theoretical basis of attracting foreign investment and overseas investment in china,the quantity of overseas investment has leap up in china.As the most development area of private enterprise,Zhejiang Province’s overseas investment has been ahead of the national.Meanwhile,the risk of overseas also reveal gradually.In this paper,it analyses the development orientation of Zhejiang Province’s overseas investment in the next few years,through the relations of attracting foreign investment,oversea investment and import and export data.This paper concludes that the overseas investment of private enterprises in Zhejiang Province can keep higher growth rates,its major investment destination remain in Asia and Europe,and the third industry continues to flourish.In the fouth part of this paper,it elaborates many aspects about overseas’ risk of private enterprises in Zhejiang Province.It says that the main reasons of the risk contains economic risk,political risk,legal risk,cultural risk,and other risks.It make some suggestions about how to control these risks.In the fifth part of this paper,through comparing with three typical cases in Zhejiang Province,it summarizes the risk which the private enterprises of Zhejiang Province encounter in different stage of overseas investment.Base on it,in the last chapter,it suggests some advices and dicision in how to deal with the risk management of Zhejiang Province overseas investment of private enterprises.
