Research On The Development Of Private Enterprises Overseas Direct Investment In Jiangsu

This paper studies the foreign direct investment of jiangsu private enterprises as the research object.In terms of structure,this paper is divided into six parts.First of all,by discussing some classic investment theories in theory,we have a clearer grasp of the overseas direct investment theory.Secondly,it introduces the current situation and problems of overseas direct investment,the risk of overseas investment and the overseas direct investment mode.Finally,the author puts forward the corresponding strategies for the problems and risks.Based on One Belt And One Road,this paper studies the overseas direct investment of jiangsu private enterprises by combining case and theory.On the basis of studying the theory of foreign direct investment,this paper USES case analysis and literature analysis to study the development of foreign direct investment of private enterprises in jiangsu province.First of all,through the literature analysis,we have read the references related to the overseas direct investment of jiangsu private enterprises.Then compiled from the Commerce Department statistics in jiangsu province in recent years,private enterprises in jiangsu OFDI new batch number,the new batch of projects accounted for,the agreed amount,China XieYiE proportion and other important indicators,and the analysis of the above indexes of fine.In addition,this article also USES the case analysis,the specific recreates the private enterprises in jiangsu foreign direct investment,especially in group,jiangsu,jiangsu hongdou group,suning group jiangsu famous enterprises such as the case of foreign direct investment.In innovation in this paper,the change in national level of large state-owned enterprises as the research focus,through the theory and the specific cases in jiangsu private enterprises as the research object,to make up for the study of local private enterprise overseas direct investment of some disadvantages.In addition,this paper takes "One Belt And One Road" as the background,active research in foreign investment into the era background,close ties to the new policy,firmly grasp the era of "party's 19" new pulse.,of course,this article also has a shortage of places: in terms of data,not released due to the relevant department of foreign investment enterprises of different categories of data,and therefore do not have access to relevant information,especially the private enterprises in jiangsu foreign direct investment data.In terms of the elements of affecting foreign investment,to many factors affecting the private enterprises of foreign investment,some elements cannot be quantified,such as national cultural differences,different political consciousness,and so on.
