Therefore, it seems difficultly to achieve a mission of innovation relying on a single enterprises. According the Synergy Theory by Hermann Haken, the Synergy Theory was applied in management, which called collaborative innovation. Not only does collaborative innovation apply in different areas and different size of enterprises, but also have significant effects in the innovation of enterprises. Moreover, collaborative innovation is to achieve a powerful means of co-innovation in complementary advantages, not only remedying their owe deficiencies but also improving market-response ability. Therefore, there are complicated relationships between enterprises. In addition, the development of cloud computing has significant influences on the enterprises management, and there is a certain extent in the development of Chinese enterprises with collaborative innovation. Consequently, this paper will discuss what factors affecting the development of enterprises in collaborative innovation and analyze these factors as to how to influence collaborative innovation, while point out the relationship between these factors and the degree of significance.Paper combines the current development of cloud computing technology background, after analyzing a sum of literature of enterprise synergy innovation influence factors, come to the conclusion that innovation resources, include knowledge resources, financial resources, human resources, enterprise information network construction, organization distance and the macro environment are the key factors affect enterprise collaborative innovation. Secondly, through the establishment of interpretative structural model and collaborative innovation factors affection model, distinguish the relationship among factors and the relationship between factors and collaborative innovation. Make the relationship of factors more clear and more intuitive. Thirdly, put forward hypothesis based on model and issue the questionnaires to collect data in order to make the empirical analysis to explore the impact of various factors. Finally accordingto the above analysis, it can come to the conclusion that the construction of enterprise information network, knowledge resources, financial resources, human resources, the macro environment has a significant positive impact on enterprise collaborative innovation, while the organizational distance has a significant negative impact on enterprise collaborative innovation, and the degree of importance of each factor in the order is decreasing. On this basis, make recommendations for future research prospects. In the hope of providing some theoretical reference for the development of enterprise collaborative innovation under the cloud computing.To sum up, it seems significant and difficult for enterprise innovation to apply the enterprise collaborative innovation, which has decisive impact of the benefit of an enterprise.
