With the development of economy,automobile become popular and the sale of oil are rising. Facing the opportunity,the marketing company of oil in China can’t hold fast to it due to low self production rate which is only 46.3%.The profit of oil selling is too limited because of nation pricing policy. In conclusion,the single model of marketing for Marketing Company of Oil need change to solve all the problem above.Discovering the way to make money become a thing all the marketing company agree.As the biggest marketing company of Wuzhong, A company set step into non-oil business in 2009 and accomplished informatioriization management in 2012. In 2014,the non-oil business gain the sale of 40 million. Due to this achievement,the company separate the non-oil marketing department from marketing department. To concluding the experience of non-oil business running, there is many achievements and problems. First of all, breed is onefold, types are incomplete. Secondly, the human resource is facing shortage and lacking enough ability. The price is too high to meet the demand of customors. The supply of goods always miss the perk of sale.Last but not the least,the method of marketing is lacking creation. Those problem block the A complany making more progress in non-oil field and forming unique advantages, accomplishing the task of 2015. This article will start with the author working experience and analysis the micro and micro environment to find the solutions of those problems. At the end the author will give his suggestions to adjust the marketing idea of A company and 7Ps strategy. This article will introduce mixed reform of Sinopec.This article will build a research on non oil business by analyzing locations, aim and customers of gas stations. Then the author will offer some proposals on how to level up the competitive power of A company’s non oil business.
