The wine was imported abroad from Dawan in Han Dynasty by Zhangqian. In Qing dynasty, the businessman Zhangbishi established Zhangyu Brewery. Although the history of wine last a very long time, it never develop a kind of culture in China. In 1980s, with the economy development and support by the nation, the wine was accepted by customers and became more and more popular. Now, the output of wine which made in China rank in world top 6. The consumption of wine rank in world top 5. The competition between domestic wine and abroad wine become harsh due to a great number of abroad wine imported.This article analysis on sales of Yuhuang Chateau in Qingtongxia and growing district of Helan Mountain. The author research on partial mid-size wine company and try to finger out the challenge and opportunity of Yuhuang Chateau. According to those research, the author will give the marketing strategies to solve those problems.
