As the growth in the standard of living and standard of consumption, more and more person lay emphasis on their health and the red wine become more and more popular. Recently, our country has become the second largest consumer of the red wine. In this environment, volume of sales rises. The wine grape planting bases are enlarged in many areas of our country and the input of red wine is increased, which makes the competition of red wine market intense.The World Wine Map is updating and changing constantly. The eastern Helanshan in Ningxia, which is recognized worldwide as’Golden Mile’, is located in 37°43’-39°05’ degrees north latitude. With good location, policy support of government of autonomous region and underlying the theory of Ningxia Wine Academy, a large number of wine enterprises rise sharply. Bagues Wine Chateau is rising quickly as well under this trend and is one of the earliest winemaking companies of the eastern Helanshan in Ningxia. Bagues Wine Chateau is small, lacks of fund and the development is limited. To survive in the environment of fierce competition, it’s necessary to seek a way to live.This thesis combines the practice with the theory and makes investigation with the leaders of Bagues Wine Chateau and the head of marketing to get the first hand marketing materials. On the other hand, this thesis gets related data from other wine chateau of eastern Helanshan. It is guided by the marketing theory and investigate the situation of series of products of Bagues Wine Chateau. The SWOT theory is used to analyze the advantage, disadvantage, opportunity and threat for Bagues Wine Chateau. At last, the 7Ps theory is used to conclude the trend of development in China.
