The Research Of The Competitive Strategies Of Agricultural Bank Of China Of Hengyang City Branch

Facing the tough international competitive situation, Agricultural Bank of China, one of the four state-owned commercial banks, should think about these problems: how to give full play to its strength in the complex market environment, how to maintain its position in the current competitive environment, hw to contribute its efforts to the country’s economic development. As a secondary branch of the Agricultural Bank of China branch, Agricultural Bank of China of Hengyang City should focus on the competitiveness in their own region.Based on this, this paper introduced the achievements and the theory of competitive strategy in domestic and foreign research through literature reading method, and then use the PEST model,the five forces competitive model and SWOT model to analysis Agricultural Bank of China of Hengyang City’s key competitors and its own advantages and challenges, so that we can find the disadvantages of Agricultural Bank of China of Hengyang City. This paper has also proposed some specific competitive strategies that Agricultural Bank of China of Hengyang City should adopt to enhance it competitiveness and improve it business situation and service quality, so that it can contribute its efforts to the development of the Agricultural Bank of China.
