Xilin GolLeague is located in the transitional zone between agriculture and animal husbandry.The Environmental Problems are more prominent such as more fragile ecological environment, land degradation, desertification etc.Therefore, this article is studied for the Xilinguole, and combined with the principles of landscape ecology, remote sensing technology, the use of GIS 10.2 and Excel and other software tools and mathematical statistics method, based on the study area in the five -year of remote sensing image data which contains the years of 1990,2000,2005,2010,2013, to obtain the study area landscape pattern change information and the current situation of landscape pattern in the study area. This article is also analysis the landscape Pattern dynamic changes from the quantitative and spatial analysis of the 1990-2000, 2000-2005,2005-2010,2010-2013. It is constructed the Landscape pattern indexes of the is suitable for the study area and use the Arc GIS10.2Spatial Analysis to analysis the Variable space technology, of the Area risk indexes. According to the Standardization and the standard deviation, we divided five risk areas into the research Area and revealed the Spatial distribution of grades and its changes in the Xilin GolLeague’s ecological Risk from the data of the 1990,2000,2005 2010,2013 and a simple analysis of the driving forces of its changes. we also proposed for the corresponding risk management strategies against the levels of risk areas. After analysis we draw the following conclusions:(1)From 1990 to 2013, landscape type which are sorted by descending order includes the middle coverage grassland landscape, high coverage grassland landscape, low coverage grassland landscape, bare landscape, water landscape, arable landscape, forest landscape, residential industrial land landscape in the landscape architecture of the Xilin GolLeague. In these 23 years, some changes are appeared in different types of landscape area in Xilinguole. It is including:High coverage grassland landscape area had a substantial reduction in the area and dropped by 793522.46 hm2; Middle coverage grassland landscape was in a more substantial increase in the area, and increased by 644090.7 hm2; Bare landscape also increased by 68995.4 hm2; water landscape reduced by 66468.78 hm2; Low coverage grassland landscape area increased by 62992.85 hm2; industrial land landscape area residents increased by 42755.62 hm2; arable landscape area increased by 32523.03 hm2; woodland landscape area increased by 8633.64 hm2(2)From the point of view throughout the study area, the High-risk areas are mainly located in marginal areas of the Dongwuzhumuqinqi waters landscape,the Central part of the West Ujimqin, and Central and north side of Xilinhot, Partial south of Abagaqi,the southern region of the city of Erlian, the partial south of Sunintezuo, the north side of Suniteyou, the partial south of Zhengxiangbaiqi, most of the northern region of the Taipusiqi and partial west of the Duolun, all these landscapes are mainly Bare landscape,arable landscape, and low coverage grassland landscape.High-risk areas are mainly located in the southwest of the of East ujimqin, northwest of the West ujimqin,the most areas of the Xilinhot.However others sacatters in, partial northern of the Abagaqi and southern bias, most areas of the Sunit zuo and Suniteyou,even are some areas of the Xianghuang, The landscapes are mainly Middle coverage grassland landscape and some of the low coverage grassland landscape. Moderate-risk areas are mainly located in the southwest of the entire study area, for example, most areas of the Xianghuang, Zhengxiangbaiqi and Zhenglanqi; It is also a large distribution area which is more even distribution dispersed in Sunitezuoqi, Suniteyou, and Abagaqi, the other counties in the moderate-risk areas rates smaller proportion for the comparison, and the main landscape is Middle coverage grassland landscape. Lower-risk areas are mainly located in most central and northeastern part of the Dongwuzhumuqinqi, the northwestern of the West ujimqin, partial eastern of the Xilinhot and the northern and eastern part of the Abagaqi, The main landscape types is high coverage grassland landscape. Low-risk areas are mainly located in the southeastern part of the East Dongwuzhumuqinqi, the southeast of the West ujimqin, the southeast of theZhenglanqi, and the partial south of the Taipusiqi. The main landscape types are water landscape, woodland landscape.(3)From1990 to2013, There are great changes in spatial distribution of the high-risk areas of the study area, the higher risk areas, medium-risk areas, lower-risk areas and low risk areas. These changes are closely connected with temperature, precipitation, the growth of the population, as well as the policy changes and the increased numbers of livestock.
