Land is not only the natural attribute but also the social attribute, it is the material base of human production and breeding perched, and it’s the natural capital that human survival depends on, the land is closely connected with the development of human beings. The foundation of a country and the people’s survival is the land, and land use is the human activities on the land long-term or short-term mode of operation. Based on the landscape scale land use reflect the human impact on natural ecosystems, The aggravate that the scope of human activity and frequency of serious interference and destruction of land ecological system, especially the excessive development of land resources, the cumulative impact of land due to the unreasonable land use ways are emerging, as a result, the ecological risk of land utilization research become a frontier hot topic in the field of sustainable utilization of land resources.Ecological risk of land use is an important part in the field of regional ecological security study, now researchers from all over the world for the coastal regions of the ecological risk of land utilization research, both at home and abroad is very few, have not form a system of theoretical and maturity evaluation method. This paper refer to the research results domestic and abroad about the ecological risk of land use, on the basis of landscape scale using ARCGIS analysis ecological risk of space-time evolution, it can provide methods and ideas of ecological risk analysis of land use in coastal areas, then provide decision-making basis for sustainable development of land in the coastal area.This article selects Dalian Fuzhou bay town as the study area, according to the U.S. geological survey (USGS),2000,2005 and 2010, the United States Landsat series Landsat-5 provide data of remote sensing image, based on the landscape pattern analysis the land use type, using GIS grid technology to grid handling of data, classified ecological risk, create ecological risk index database, ordinary kriging interpolation method is used to generate the land use ecological risk figure, by the method of spatial autocorrelation, Dalian Fuzhou bay town ecological risk of land utilization of space-time evolution were analyzed, and the ecological risk of land use temporal and spatial evolution characteristics reveal the coastal areas.The results show that:(1) In 2000,2005 and 2010, Dalian Fuzhou bay town average ecological risk index were 0.2252、0.2269、0.2530, shows that the study area of ecological risks rise, we need to attach importance to the east coast region ecological risk. (2) In 2000, 2005 and 2010, Dalian Fuzhou bay town ecological risk index were 0.5640,0.5283 and 0.9340, the study area were positively correlated, ecological risk pattern characterized by high value area and neighboring areas of high ecological risk, and the ecological risk low area adjacent of the region and the ecological risk is low, and partial autocorrelation present high value area to the accumulation of the high value area and low area is maintained in the original state, the results showed that after nearly a decade of Dalian Fuzhou bay town due to the increasing scope of human activities, the urbanization of industrial cluster development and policy guidance, adjustment, a large number of reclaimed land building and culture zones and salt pan scale and conforms to the actual situation of leads to the deterioration of the ecological risk in the region.
