Farmers rely on land not only solve the necessities required to own the problem of food and clothing and living, but also contributed to the country’s food security,therefore, land problem is not only related to the vital interests of farmers,but also to the foundation of national economic development. Yuanyang County of Henan Province as an important production base of wheat, rice,and it plays an important role in the development of agriculture in Henan province.
