Research On The Constructing And Implementation Strategy Of Green Supply Chain In The Tungsten Industry

In the 21 st century,the issues of resources and environmental are becoming a huge challenge that the development of society can not be avoided.Currently,the green revolution which taking protection of the ecological and an efficient use of resources as the core idea is the rising worldwide.With ecological deterioration and the launch of global environmental action,the non-ferrous metal industry needs to change the ideas of development,to abandon the traditional mode of production and operation,not only to enhance their green competitiveness,but also should strengthen the cooperation with other actors in the supply chain,and work together to build a resource-saving and environment-friendly green development model,finally reach the goal of declining ecological pollution and destruction,and enhance corporate green degree of their economic activities.As a strategic resource for the future global competition,Tungsten is the focus of national competing concerns and is widely used in economic and defense fields.At present,in the fields of the tungsten reserves,production, import,export and consumption,China continued to hold the first in the world.So,the implementation of green strategies in China can help to resolve resources and ecological problems during the development of the industry.Therefore,based on the basic idea of sustainable development,the paper take the tungsten industry as the research object,designed to conduct the relative behavior of intra-industry stakeholders as the research perspective,through the use of literature research,systems analysis and case analysis and other methods,the paper aims to explore a green development mode,just like“resources-products-waste-renewable resources”which can make the material flow repeat in cycle,and then find a new way for the long-term development of tungsten industry.Through a comprehensive analysis and in-depth study, the paper argues,the basic structure of the tungsten industry green supply chain should contain four modules,they are green production systems,green consumer systems,social systems,and environmental systems,meanwhile,the supply chain must rely on a variety of community-based elements to support,such as technology,personnel and so on;Additionally,the paper points out that management implementation of tungsten industry green supply chain should focus on the source and pay more attention to the value of recyclers;Finally,the construction and implementation of tungsten industrial green supply chain can do favor to the relevantenterprises during their process to achieve a high degree of integration of economic,social and environmental benefits,and prompt them being on the path of sustainable development.
