Research On The Model And Implementation Of Green Supply Chain Management In Pharmaceutical Industry

The world is now facing energy shortages and environmental degradation problems in general. Protecting the environment, conserving resources and the implementation of sustainable development strategies is one of the most important missions in the 21st century. Practice shows that green supply chain management can reduce the environmental risks and conserve resources, reduce costs and improve economic efficiency and environmental performance. Pharmaceutical companies not only consume a lot of resources and energy, but also caused serious pollution to the environment in the traditional mode of operation. The implement of green supply chain management will improve the competitiveness of the pharmaceutical industry; protect the environmental and also a great significance to sustainable development strategyIn the new historical mission and the new social environment, pharmaceutical companies should change the "high input, high consumption and high pollution" mode of production operations. The advanced green supply chain technology and sustainable development perspective should be implemented to save energy, produce environment-friendly drugs, so pharmaceutical companies can balance the economic and social benefits.Firstly, the dissertation introduces the theory of supply chain, supply chain management and green supply chain management. Then it discusses the reality and necessity of the implement of Green Supply Chain Management in Chinese pharmaceutical industry. A green supply chain management mode is constructed based on the previous research and SCOR model, and then its operation processes are analyzed. Finally, information sharing which is the base support for the pharmaceutical industry has been studied. Agent model based on the core pharmaceutical business of information sharing system is proposed to effectively support the operation of green supply chain in pharmaceutical industry.
