The economy of21century is green ecological economy. People tend to the pursuit ofgreen products. Those products that pollute the environment and harm human health will begradually withdrawn from the market. Agricultural products are the most important andspecial among all the products related to the people′s life. Green agricultural products aremore and more favored by customers. Green vegetables is among the more representative ofthe category. As a big agriculture production province, Shandong province′s vegetables hasbecome the first pillar industry and they have the enormous vegetable supply chain system.Vegetable supply chain involves multiple links, such as soil, production base, processing andtransportation, market access management. There exist the problems of environmentalcontamination and resource loss etc in the operation of Shandong vegetable supply chain allthe while. Vegetable quality problems occur occasionally. So it is necessary to learn from theinternational advanced green supply chain management theory, combined with thecharacteristics of vegetable products, and build a green supply chain of Shandong vegetable inorder to promote the standardization of Shandong vegetable production, improve the qualityof Shandong vegetable and boost the sustainable development of Shandong vegetable supplychain.This paper begins from the concept of green supply chain, summarizes the connotationand its operation target, defines the concept of vegetable green supply chain and expounds thetheoretical bases of green supply chain. Then the paper analyzes the existing vegetable supplychain models. With leading enterprise as the breakthrough point, the paper builds greensupply chain of Shandong vegetable based on SCOR model. The supply chain includes sixprocess links: green plan, green planting, green purchase, green process, green distributionand green recycle and does a detailed analysis to them. Then the paper studies the designprinciples of building green degrees′evaluation index system. It builds the evaluation indexsystem of vegetable green supply chain which includes6first level indexes、16second level indexes and16third level indexes by analyzing the six process links which affect the greenlevel of whole supply chain. This paper builds Fuzzy-AHP model combined with AnalyticHierarchy Process and Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The paper takes K group as anexample to verify whether the model is reasonable and feasible. Finally, somecountermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the green degree of K group.
