This paper argues that the development of Chinese enterprise annuity system design is unreasonable, the lack of preferential tax policy incentives, supervision strength is weak, regulators coordination problems, the solution of these problems need to be in the improvement of the enterprise annuity system:one is to strengthen legislation, strengthen supervision, reduce the burden of enterprises as the macro aspects, put forward from relevant regulations and policies of the enterprise annuity system, the supervision and management of the enterprise annuity and so on countermeasures to perfect the enterprise annuity system.2 it is to arouse the enthusiasm of the micro level, through increasing differentiation incentives improve the system of enterprise retention of choose and employ persons, the use of tax preferential policies to increase employee benefits, transfer the enterprise, personal micro-level to establish pension system such as enthusiasm, promote the rapid development of China’s enterprise annuity.
