Study On Social Security Problems And Countermeasures About Western Rural In Abstract

Since the reform and opening up, Chinese economic level and the comprehensive national power had been an unprecedented development, had gradually entered the well-off society to harmonious society,was the road. The development of social security was the development and perfection of the socialist harmonious society of the component. At present, chinese social security system had been basically completed in the East, but in our country was vast in territory, population living in more rural areas of Western China, due to various reasons, social security was free in the national social security system’s edge, many security project did not develop in the western rural areas, which lead to the rural residents in Western China, survival rights and interests could not be guaranteed well. This paper focuses on the western rural areas of our country, in the analysis of Marx’s theory, the western economic theory of social security, the construction of a harmonious society on the basis of the theory, investigates the current situation of rural social security in West China, the Western China rural social security mainly in the endowment insurance, the basic living security and cooperative medical care, which found that the west the rural social security there was a serious problem: Farmers’ legal consciousness was weak, security system, the social security level was low, coverage of small, the management mechanism was not uniform. The root cause of these problems was the government did not pay enough attention to the traditional security thought, hinder, weakening, collective security management and supervision mechanism was not scientific. Aiming at the problems and causes of current rural social security of Western China had, on the basis of domestic and foreign advanced experience of rural social security, put forward the development and improvement of Chinese western rural social security measures, hoping to provide theoretical and practical reference for Chinese western rural social security.
