Study On The Appraisal And Optimizing Methods Of Environment Investment In Railway Construction Projects

The current railway construction project in China, environmental pollution and ecological damage have serious harm to the sustainable development and social harmony, environmental protection work of construction project has become an indispensable condition for the sustainable development of our social economy and environment. This thesis intends to define the investment in environmental protection evaluation of railway construction project content and optimization method to improve the level of environmental protection investment in railway construction project and provide the reference for the environmental protection investment decision.of the railway construction project.This thesis studies from investment of the environmental protection in const ruction project investment evaluation of the effective, then definites and classifi es the content of environmental protection in construction project andcompares the analysis of environmental protection investment of construction project in a reas with different economic development present situation,and the last we find the existing problems. Then the optimization problem of the environmental prot ection investment of railway construction project has direct and indirect perspe ctives. basing on the index system of environmental protection investment,we c ondense the indexes.The investment in environmental protection was calculated by the model, which makes the calculation of the environmental protection inv estment more clearly and accurately,and the environmental protection investmen t level is also improved.and through this we can provide certain reference for the follow-up environmental protection investment decision.on construction proje ct.
