The Welfare Gain Perspective Of Flexibility Retirement System Study

Retirement is closely related to people’s life and it’s an important turning point in life, especially in retirement time and retirement issues such as the elderly life of laborer in China has a very important influence. These effects include not only the economic aspects and mental health also includes some other relevant factors such as social order. With an ageing population in our country, and the social security fund faces a growing gap, How and when to retirement need more and more attention.Retirement, as one of the many decisions in life, will be the last choice of a laborer in their career. However, the existing retirement system is can’t able to provide a choice for workers, instead to regard retirement as a mandatory stop working mechanism. This retirement mechanism has certain limitation, it can’t adjust as workers’ physiological and psychological situation, so as to realize unit of choose about employ persons and laborer to a win-win situation.Our country has multifarious laborer types, with the problem of gender inequality in the society, and this article mentioned system group inequality, both within and outside system of our country, social welfare is not actually comprehensive covering of all the people in this paper, we study the welfare for different situations, through a series of theory to analyze retirement, how the factors influence this complex decision, and as far as be concerned the flexibility retirement may encounter problems and solving measures made detailed analysis and discussion.
