Myanmar is one of the largest countries in the Indo-China Peninsula with abundant natural resources and favorable conditions for agriculture industry, but for a long time, the development of Myanmar has been influenced by its political situation and economic sanctions from other countries. Agriculture is among one of the pillar industries, seen as an important breakout of further development of this country. The authority of Myanmar tried to alter its land policy to enlarge the main crops planting area and change its grain purchase way. Myanmar has surly benefitted from these measures a lot. But the input to the agriculture industry is far from enough. The lack of investment and the outdated traffic infrastructure reduced the improvement of agriculture industry. With the aggravation of world crops crisis, Myanmar’s advantaged agriculture resources has attracted other countries’cooperation willing which gives a bright future for Myanmar agriculture industry. What the authority also wants to change is the current situation that main export agriculture products of Myanmar are raw materials and primary products. China, known as its agriculture technologies, is Myanmar’s neighbor country and shares centuries of communication history with Myanmar. The participation of Chinese companies in the process of its agriculture products’trade market development will be a great opportunity for both countries. The Myanmar government welcomes Chinese companies to conduct agriculture cooperation projects, but Chinese companies faces many kinds of difficulties in the process of the projects. To begin with, the study points out the problems of Myanmar’s agricultural products trade by statistics analyzing. Then, the study plans to do a comprehensive analysis and draw a conclusion of the results. At last, the study comes out with thinking and details of Chinese companies’trade market development strategies for the agriculture products of Myanmar.
