Research On Business Process Optimization Of A E-commerce Logistics Distribution Center

With the rapid development of computer and communication technology, especially the development of Internet technology since the 1990 s, Electronic commerce has shown a strong momentum of development, form the large and medium-sized enterprises to the ordinary personal shopping, affected by the Internet and e-commerce. Electric commerce uses computer and network technology to trade. With rapid economic development, strengthening national purchasing power, more and more people shop online, which is bound to create a certain pressure to the logistics distributions. At present, e-commerce logistics in our country has many problems, such as the distribution center operation process redundancy, the higher costs, and the inefficient distributions, which seriously affect the development of electronic commerce in China and also cannot satisfy customer online shopping experience. Therefore, in order to give full play to the advantages of e-commerce, studying on optimization of operation process of logistics distribution center in the electronic commerce environment has theoretical and practical significance.According to the distribution characteristics of electronic commerce and internship experience the authors in the business logistics distribution center,this paper analyzes two problems affecting the efficiency of distribution center operations that the function area dividing is not reasonable and the part of the business process efficiency is not high.In this paper, unreasonable function division effecting the business process operation is redivided using the SLP method; internal business processes each operation link were analyzed and optimized according to the theory of business process reengineering theory and standard operating procedures. At the same time the paper put forward the safeguard measures supporting the optimization of business process and efficient operation of, including improving the distribution center site management level, strengthen the distribution center operation support and improve the distribution center operation staff loyalty to the enterprise.
