Research On Logistics Distribution Process Optimization Of S E-commerce Enterprises

With the rapid development of e-commerce,the exchange of more logistics business and trade activities has become smoother,forming the trend of stormy development of logistics in various industries.These trends have greatly driven the progress of the logistics industry.For the further development of e-commerce enterprises,it is particularly important to optimize the internal logistics and distribution process in the e-commerce environment.This paper systematically analyzes the current logistics situation of S e-commerce enterprises in the e-commerce environment,and analyzes the distribution links according to the characteristics of printing enterprises.It is found that there are problems such as chaotic storage layout,backward logistics infrastructure,low degree of mechanization,low level of high-tech informatization,unbalanced work intensity of employees,etc.According to the distribution flow chart of the existing printing enterprises,Flexsim software is used to roughly demonstrate the current situation and conduct modeling and simulation.Under the conditions of dead time of photos and output per hour of packaged products,the obtained results are analyzed to obtain unfavorable factors affecting the work of printing enterprises,optimize and improve the system model,and then compare with the initial results in detail to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of process optimization.In order to optimize the distribution process of enterprises,this paper puts forward safeguard measures from five aspects: personnel guarantee,capital investment,system support,implementation of 5S plan and change management.By optimizing the distribution process of individual e-commerce enterprises,the intelligence and informatization level of enterprises can be improved,which has important research significance and reference value for the development of S e-commerce enterprises and even the further development of e-commerce industry.
