China’s economic development enters the new normal, from high-speed growth to mid-high-speed growth. How to continue to strengthen the foundational position of agriculture and promote the rural incomes in the economic slowdown background, it is a major task that we must solve. The development of rural leisure ecotourism area can effectively promote the transformation of rural economy and creat local employment opportunities for farmers, and transfer agriculture from "production type" to "service type". While developing rural leisure ecotourism, we must systemly think from the local people demand, welfare and other aspects. Only under the premise without damaging the natural resources environment and to be helpful for the local residents, through the ecological method and integrating people’s demands and environmental values, it can become the best way to reach both social benefit and economic effect.Therefore, the residents who live in Longquanyuan Resort in Qiliying Town, Xinxiang City received interview as an object, also by question papers inquiring way with the empirical data was analyzed by using the SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 21.0, to identify the demographic characteristics and behavioral characteristics of thethe residents living in Longquanyuan Resort, and clear correlation between the residents’ s perceptions of rural ecotourism, development attitude, sense of community influenced on participative behaviors and development benefit.The results showed that we can through the residents’ s perceptions of rural ecotourism, development attitude and the sense of community to establish the theory of participative behaviors and development benefit measurement model. It can be used to explain and predict the perceptions of rural ecotourism, development attitude, the sense of community, participative behaviors and development benefit, which the interaction of the direct and indirect effect of these five variables influences its interaction relationship: residents’ s perceptions of rural ecotourism has direct effect on development attitude, the sense of community has direct effect on development attitude, and plays as the hightest effecting factor. The residents’ s perceptions of rural ecotourism has a direct and indirect effect on participation behaviors, development attitude has direct effect on participation behaviors, the sense of community has direct and indirect effect on participation behaviors, in which the sense of community plays as the hightest effecting factor. The residents’ s perceptions of rural ecotourism, development attitude and the sense of community all have indirect effect on development benefit, participation behaviors also has direct effect on development benefits, in which participative behaviors plays as the hightest effecting factor.In addition, the study further proposes the management implications according to the reaearch results, including improving the cognition of rural leisure ecotourism, and upergrading the participation degree of residents in rural leisure ecotourism. Forthermore, the study presents the concrete feasible suggestions for the resort development units and relevant government guidance unit of references in the planning and implementation.
