Strategic Researches On Community Participative Tourist Development Focused On Old Cummunist Revoluntionary Area Tourism

This paper deals with the study of communities rich in old communist revoluntionary tourist resources. Combining with practicalness in the old communist revoluntionary area tourist devolopment in Sangzhi County, the author makes explorations into the developing strategy of community participative tourism that is focused on old cummunist revoluntionary area tourism.This paper consists of four parts. The first part is an introduction, which covers some basic concepts, necessity and process of the research . In the second part, the author explores the theory of community participative tourist development focused by old communist revoluntary area tourism, putting the main emphasis on the operation of participation theory, community participative tourist devolopment theory and the theory of dependency devolopment in the communities rich in old communist revolutionary area tourism. In the third part, analysing the particularity of old communist revolutionary area tourism, the author constructs the basic framework for community participation and proposes practical measures for community participative tourist development focused by old communist revoluntary area tourism. In the fourth part, on the base of comprehensive data collection and fact-finding studies, the author analyses comprehensively the actual state and problems and proposes the strategy of community participative tourist development focused by old cummunist revoluntary area tourism in Sangzhi County.The author figures that community participation is an important form and approach to implement the sustainable development of old communist revoluntionary area tourism, which has different functions and characteristics from other general tourist products. During the processof developing the communities rich in old communist revoluntionay area tourism, the theory of sustainable development, participation theory, community participative tourist development theory and the theory of dependency development can be used to guide the practice of tourist development, especially the theory of community participation should be completely introduced. We must adopt the approach of systematic thinking to develop old communist revoluntionary area tourism. On the base of all these, the author proposes the basic framework for community participative tourist development that is focused by old communist revoluntionary area tourism.The author emphasizes that the key to develop community participative tourism is to train the residents of the communities. In traditional tourist areas, the importance of community participation has not been considered sufficiently. Therefore, the community residents in them cannot be ensured to gain their reasonable profits. Combining with characteristics and practicalness in the old communist revoluntionary area tourist resources in Sangzhi County, the author constructs the strategy of community participative tourism that is focused by old communist revoluntionary area tourism.
