On Technological Innovation Combination Strategy Based On The Life Cycle Of Business Enterprises

With the rapid development of economic globalization and information globalization, technological innovation has become the important index to measure a country’s comprehensive competitiveness. The enterprise is inventors and transforms of technological achievements in our country, what plays an important role in technological innovation, its development speed and technological innovation ability are necessary to keep up with the pace of advanced countries in the world.At present, China’s economic level is higher, if still choosing to rely on the extensive growth mode that simply enlarges the input of the production factor would lead to low efficiency, relying on technological innovation is possible to improve the efficiency in the use of production factors, so as to achieve the sustainable growth. Therefore, in the current environment background of the economy and information globalization,the strategy model of enterprises should change, don’t rely on the traditional single strategy mode, but should gradually move closer to the combination strategy, which is to deal with the dynamic changes of the internal and external environment, and also can help the enterprise to achieve the purpose of upgrading and transformation.Before the comprehensive analysis of the enterprise life cycle and technological innovation strategy, the paper specifically analyzes the factors influencing the formation of the strategy of technological innovation of enterprises, when choosing the appropriate combination of technological innovation strategy in technical innovation activity, enterprises will be affected by the external environment including the systems by the state and its institutions released,policies and regulations, financing channels and the intermediary institutions, and be restricted by the internal environment including enterprise funds, the scale, technological strength, the accumulation of high-tech talent, management and organization level, and this internal and external environmental factors will be changed dynamically with the growth of enterprises. After that, this paper analyzes detailedly the life characteristics of the enterprises in the different stages of the life cycle and the face of obstacles doing technological innovation using the logic analysis method, discusses the inner relationship between enterprise life cycle and technological innovation combination strategy, and analyzes the combination strategy of technological innovation plays a positive role in growth stage of enterprises, discusses how to adopt suitable technological innovation combination strategy in the different stages of its life cycle, and striving in the theoretical level can provide the reference value for the technological innovation strategy of the enterprises.
