The Cooperation Of Economic And Trade Between Lao’ S And China Under The Cafta Framework

Increasing economic globalization, regional economic integration is urgent required, the establishment and the rapid development of CAFTA which are made the trade between Laos and China become a key in Laos economic development.In this paper the study of the trade between Laos and China will under the CAFTA cooperation framework. First of all the background of the trade the significance and other previous research literature has been described, International trade theory to be discussed in all aspects.Secondly, starting from the third chapter, author from the trade in goods, trade in services investment and the dispute settlement mechanisms analysis the impact of the economic cooperation under the CAFTA framework. The third chapter of this paper as core chapter by finding large amounts of data longitudinal comparison of before and after, came to the conclusion strengthen the CAFTA economic cooperation between Laos and China played a positive impact on trade,expand the trade scale,adjust the trade structure to attract more foreign investment,to provide a legal basis for dispute settlement.Thirdly in the chapter IV the author put forward some issues in cooperation mechanisms base the research on the status of the trade. Include:unbalanced trade structure, operating blind,bigh transport costs trade and commerce power shortage and targeted inadequate and so on. Faced with these problems the fifth chapter describes the opportunities and challenges between the two countries, including the opportunities of trade in goods trade in services investment, as well as the protection of Laos to ASEAN trade imbalances and dispute mechanisms are the three challenges.Finally, based on chapter four and chapter five. The chapter VI of this paper gives some practical, targeted policy recommendations from various aspects of the trade structure, personnel training, infrastructure, regulations and so on.
