Corporate culture has always been to unique in affecting the enterprise’s human resources strategy, human resources incentive, talent training and employee behavior constraints, etc. Though, most of China’s leaders and employees’ are still insufficient understanding of corporate culture which caused the improper operation and enterprise culture has not been able to play its role. A large number of studies have shown that the person-organization fit, especially the employee’s personal values and the organization’s values fit is the key to the transformation of corporate culture to organizational effectiveness.Under the Chinese characteristic culture background, this article attempts to analysis of the employment relationship impact on organizational commitment, and insert person-organization values fit as intermediary variables, employed as adjustment variables. The aim is improving organizational commitment and putting forward some empirical basis to convert enterprise culture.This research use maturity scale into the questionnaire, collecting 420 valid questionnaires, using SPSS inspection and data analysis, here’s the following conclusion:(1) Dimension of social exchange in employment relationship has positive effect on organizational commitment of each dimension, especially the ideal commitment; Economic exchange on affective commitment, normative commitment, ideal commitment has a negative effect, to economic commitment and opportunity commitment has a positive effect.(2) Person-organization values fit in the effect of employment relations to organization commitment plays partial intermediary role, in different culture type of organization, the different mediation effect of person-organization values.(3) Person-organization values fit’s intermediary effect is by promoting further promote feelings, ideal values, normative commitment intensity, the formal employees and the way of non-regular employment will adjust the effect of employment relations to person-organization values fit.
