Person-organization fit theory Originates from matching theory of individual and environment which was proposed by Lewin in 1951, including consistency fit and complementary fit. The values of enterprise are the basic and the comparative enduring part of enterprise's culture system, at the same time, It is also the crucial factor of the formation of cultural system, then this paper make the values fit of person-organization match as the research object. Researches proves values fit degree has apparent prediction function on employees' job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior, and become one of important issues in the contemporary human resource management. When comes to the knowledge workers, they have comparable higher education background, so they have relatively high independence in the enterprise. However, studies show that today the knowledge workers have high turnover rate, slow staff satisfaction, it is a priority to strengthen the research of relation about the person-organization values fit and job satisfaction. From the view of person-organization fit, focusing on influence of job satisfaction, so to provide effective policy for organizations in treating knowledge staff.For the conception of values fit of person-organization is a relatively newt, the scholars in domestic and overseas have not had a unified dimension of the values fit, this leading to many difficulties to compare and integrate the relative studies. In this background, this paper launched an investigation aiming at the relation of values fit degree about person-organization and job satisfaction. Through the review of current situation of the value fit for knowledge staff, then analyze the influence d of significant differences about demography variables put on values fit degrees. Thorough deeper discussion relationship of each dimension of values fit and dimensions of job satisfaction, so to enrich the related theory research.We made an empirical research based on the knowledge workers, the questionnaire of values fit of Person-organization fit are referring to ZhaoHuijuan (2004)'s fit scale. And job satisfaction scale integrated with Minnesota short form scale, and satisfaction factor summary of LuJia. Throughout the investigation process, we investigated more than 300 people, using statistical software SPSS 16.0 to analyze statistics. The results of the study indicate that:knowledge-worker's different dimensions of values fit are not same; Knowledge staff (who have different individual feature variables)'s values fit degree has significant difference; the nature of Enterprise have significant influences on values fit of persons and organizations; the higher the values fit of Knowledge staff,the higher the employee's job satisfaction; different dimensions of values have difference influence on employee's job satisfaction; Finally, considering the result of the research, this paper made many suggestions about the practice of management and forecast the future study on this theory.
