Based On The Analysis And Evaluation Of Agriculture Resource (Soil,Water And Fertilizer) In Pingnan County For Development Of Cassava Industry

Agricultural resource was the human survival continuation of the root, had play a decisive role status in the national economic and social development. Guangxi Pingnan County cassava industry was developing quickly, cassava industry has become the Pingnan County financial growth, increasing the income of farmers was one of the important pillar industries. With the development of cassava industry, agricultural resources utilization in Pingnan County is also enlarged, restricting the cassava growth depends on agricultural resources, especially the development of soil, water, fertilizer and growth factor three aspects of the cassava industry played a important role in Pingnan County, agricultural resource analysis and evaluation, development cassava industry in Pingnan county. Therefore, to analysis and assess soil, water, fertilizer and other resources factor of Pingnan County’s cassava industry could provide the appropriate level of theoretical support for the sustainable development of Pingnan County cassava industry. Paper included the following:In this paper clearly show that the meaning and evaluation principles of agricultural resources evaluation and the resource elements of assessment. Among them, the abundance index of agricultural about the three resources land, water, fertilizer is an important condition for cassava industry of Pingnan County.In this study, use the abundance index model to evaluate the impact of factors of Pingnan County agriculture (soil, water, fertilizer) allocation of resources to the cassava industry development. By calculation, The results showed that:The comprehensive resource abundance index of Pingnan County is between14.87-17.80, with an average abundance index was16.36, the highest index of abundance is Guancheng town(17.80), and the lowest is Simian town(14.87), the other townships composite index of abundance is not very different. Besides Simian town, Pingshan town, Dapo town, the abundance index of the rest townships are exceed average, depending on the abundance of agricultural resources comprehensive index>16 is a good standard, indicating that agricultural resources configuration overall the territory of Pingnan County is suitable for the development of cassava industry. At the same time show that the agricultural resources configuration of Pingnan County is existing to optimize space, according to inadequate of resources allocation id proposed some measures and recommendations as follows:(1) to improve soil acidity, soil structure and physico-chemical properties, improve soil fertility; (2) take full advantage of existing water resources facilities, constantly improve water conservancy facilities, improve water resources utilization efficiency; (3) optimization the amount and the type of fertilizers, soil testing and formulated fertilization, improve using efficiency of fertilizer.
