The Present Situation,Problems And Optimization Of Financial Poverty Alleviation In Pingnan County

Financial poverty alleviation is an effective form of accurate poverty alleviation.Pingnan County is one of the 23 provincial key counties for poverty alleviation work and the second batch of national rural reform pilot area.It undertakes a comprehensive reform of poverty alleviation tasks.This study take microfinance poverty alleviation of as perspective.This study discusses the current situation,problems and path optimization of Pingnan County's financial poverty.The study founds the current situation of Pingnan County financial poverty alleviation including:financial service mechanism innovation ceaselessly,poverty alleviation credit investment continued growth continued,financial products and services innovation ceaselessly,the construction of credit system accelerating ceaselessly,credit guarantee system improved gradually,financial poverty alleviation and industry development integration in depth.However,in the empirical analysis based on the performance of Pingnan County microfinance poverty alleviation,proposed Pingnan County financial poverty exists the problems including:the financial institutions involved in credit poverty alleviation insufficiently,poor households lacking of loan effective demand,poverty alleviation fund integration insufficiently,financial poverty alleviation potential risks still exist,financial poverty alleviation team construction need to be strengthened.Therefore,this study proposes countermeasures including:encourage and guide more financial institutions to participate in poverty alleviation,activate poor households effective demand of credit loans,promote the effective integration of poverty alleviation funds,improve the risk compensation mechanism,speeding up financial poverty alleviation team construction.
