A Study On The Long-term Mechanism Of The Development Of Comprehensive Tourism Of Pingnan County-Based On The Perspective Of Stakeholders

With a major strategy to the era of mass tourism's coming,comprehensive tourism has catch the attention of the government circles,the industrial circles and the academic circles.It is an good opportunity to upgrading China's tourism industry,and also provided a green regional development model for the area which location is bad.Limited by the disadvantaged traffic location,Pingnan County's development of social and economic is perennial lag while there accumulated the rare ecological advantages.Pingnan has a world-class tourism resources,with the domestic fresh and clean ecological environment,as well as the province's rare summer climate advantage.Over the past decade,relying on the development of Baishuiyang,Yuanyang River scenic area,Pingnan's social development has accelerated,the infrastructure and the people's living standard has been both improved significantly.However,with time go by,the low added value,the shadow effect and other issues are more prominent.Pingnan's tourism industry need transformation and upgrading to assume the mission of promoting the county by developing tourism in the new era.To build and develop comprehensive tourism will help the transformation of tourism in Pingnan,and the building of "National comprehensive tourism Demonstration Zone"provides a good opportunity for it.To develop comprehensive tourism,must face the problems of stakeholders.The article takes the stakeholder theory as the logical basis.After the analysis of the development of regional tourism background,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the comprehensive tourism stakeholders in Pingnan county.Using field interviews,questionnaires,literature precipitation and other methods to analyze the stakeholders' interest demands and its' influence.On the basis of above,managed the conflicts of the stakeholders through controlling and resolving,and putted forward the development vision and strategy of Pingnan's comprehensive tourism,then constructing the Long-term Mechanism for it.
