Research On The Relation Between Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy And Entrepreneurial Intention Based On The Experience Of Nanjing Universities Students-Data

With the development of global economy, the role of entrepreneurship is becoming more and more important. For society, the formation of entrepreneurship contributes to the entrepreneurial economy, is the sustainable power of national economic development, and can guarantee to solve the problem of employment,keep the social stability; for individuals, entrepreneurship can make the realization of personal value maximizationt. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy is a hotspot in the study of entrepreneurship, there exits a lot of research to explore them, but relatively lack of domestic. This paper will be under the Chinese social cultural background, with college students as the research object, to explore the structure of entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and the relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention, meanwhile, between two factors, that is, what factors will make the relationship between the two strengthen.This paper first carries on the review of the literature, on the basis of the understanding of entrepreneurial self-efficacy,and entrepreneurial intention, then construts the relationship model of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention, and selects individual resource as the regulated variable between the two variable, and questionnaires, the final determination of entrepreneurial self-efficacy dimensions:innovation efficacy, risk tolerance self-efficacy, the relationship between self-efficacy, financial efficacy, gender, professional, family whether entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship training as individual resources. The final proof of entrepreneurial self-efficacy is proved positively related to entrepreneurial intention; family business, the relationship between entrepreneurial training has significant positive effecton entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention; gender, professional relationship of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention between and no significant regulatory role.The results clearly entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention between the positive effect, have certain reference significance for seeking to improve the entrepreneurial intention way, clear and regulating the relationship between the variables, to further strengthen the entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention, on this basis to further enhance the entrepreneurial intention of college students, and to the University Students’ innovative undertaking promote.
