Research On The Construction Of Agricultural And Animal Husbandry Science And Technology Information Service System In Inner Mongolia

Lower overall level of Inner Mongolia agricultural modernization, agricultural development has become one of the major issues related to the modernization of Inner Mongolia, Inner Mongolia is an important factor for economic development. Practice has proved that to solve the "three rural" issue, Inner Mongolia to promote agricultural development, science and technology to achieve widespread use in agriculture and animal husbandry in the must increase efforts to promote agricultural science and technology information, so the build of agricultural and animal husbandry science and technology information service system is to promote the economic development of rural and pastoral areas, an effective way to increase income of farmers and herdsmen. Currently, the construction of agricultural science and technology information service system in Inner Mongolia is dominated by the government, although in recent years under the government’s efforts to constantly improve the technology information service system, but there are still many problems, in order to better meet the needs of farmers and herders Science and Technology Information needs to continue to reform and improve agricultural technology information service system in Inner Mongolia.In this paper, the concepts and theories related information service system for the research foundation. Inner Mongolia by the current government led by science and technology information service system research respectively revealed the existence of problems and their causes from four organizational structure, management system, operation mechanism and investment mechanisms. Through experience and learn from the developed countries, proposed organizational structure of the functions of control, management system, operational mechanism innovation, improve the investment mechanism strategies and measures to solve the problem.
