| The environment problems, caused by greenhouse effect, is deteriorating with the rapidly development of China’s economy. Sustainable development of industry is running counter to environmental protection, especially the high pollution, high energy consumption, high carbon emissions of manufacturing industry. To save energy and reduce carbon emissions have become the theme of harmonious development of manufacturing industry. Production activities is the starting point and the center of economic activities of manufacturing enterprises, and controlling the carbon emissions from production processes is the inevitable choice for manufacturing enterprises. Implementation of low-carbon production behavior is important specific paths to alleviate contradiction between industry’ sustainable development and environmental protection, reducing carbon emissions, to a great extent, depends on manufacturing enterprises’ low-carbon production behavior in the process of industrialization and urbanization in China. Therefore, the systematic research on low-carbon production behavior of manufacturing enterprises has the important theory value and practical guiding significance.Facing the grim situation of manufacturing enterprises’ carbon emissions, the relevant theoretical research of low-carbon production behavior also seemed to be somewhat weak and deficient. The existed researches on low-carbon production behavior approximately can be classified into three stages. On the first stage, the argument, which is about why should manufacturing enterprises to implement the low-carbon production behavior, has been basically clear. Currently, most of researches focuses on the second stage, the research involves the following problems:"what is the low-carbon production behavior", "what is the driving force of low-carbon production behavior", and "what kind of influence after implemented behavior", and so on. But on the whole, this researches, which is almost descriptive study and stage empirical study, is still in a primitive period and lack of systematic and integrity. Some scholars also analyze and discuss the problems on the third stage, which is about how to promote implementation of manufacturing enterprises’ low-carbon production behavior. However, the study on this stage is lack of powerful theoretical support which is from the previous stage. In a word, in order to pose targeted countermeasures, further research in second stage still needs to be done. Therefore, this paper focuses on Low-carbon Production Behavior of Manufacturing Enterprises problems, and mainly theories and methods are based on theory of planned behavior (TPB), stakeholder theory and Dempster-Shafer theory (DST). Main work and conclusions in this paper are following:(1) Research on low-carbon production behavior of high-polluting manufacturing enterprises and its influencing factors. This paper builds the theoretical model for influencing factors of manufacturing enterprises’ low-carbon production behavior based on TPB and stakeholder theory. According to industry pollution degree coefficient, manufacturing industries are divided into three categories:the heavily-polluting industry, the moderate-polluting industry and the low-polluting industry. Enterprises from first two categories are called high-polluting manufacturing enterprises. Most of manufacturing industry pollution comes from high-polluting manufacturing enterprises, this paper focuses on studying influencing factors of high-polluting manufacturing enterprises’low-carbon production behavior. By taking high-polluting manufacturing enterprises in Wuhu as the research object, this paper uses the partial least square-structural equation model to analyze the factors which would affect manufacturing enterprises’low-carbon production behavior and its functional mechanism. The results show that, low-carbon production behavior of Manufacturing enterprises is positively influenced by low-carbon production willingness and low-carbon production capacity, at the same time, low-carbon production willingness have a positive influence on low-carbon production capacity. The political market driving force, social market driving force, product market driving force, attitudes of manager and employees environmental driving force all have significant positive influence on low-carbon production willingness, among them which the political market driving force has the greatest impact and product market driving force comes second. Economic performance of enterprise has significant promoting effect on low-carbon production capacity.(2) An evaluation method of low-carbon production behavior of manufacturing enterprises. For the evaluation problem of low-carbon production behavior of manufacturing enterprises under incomplete and inaccurate information, a new method is proposed based on Dempster-Shafer theory and vector similarity method. In this paper, an efficient evaluation indicator system for low-carbon production behavior of manufacturing enterprises was established. Taking evaluation grades as identification of framework, the proposed method was used to integrate information by adopting evidential theory analytical algorithms. And then, this paper transforms integrated results into interval numbers, and the ranking results of interval numbers is obtained by using the vector similarity method. Finally, a case study is provided to illustrate the feasibility of the method and the effectiveness of incomplete information processing. |
