Development Of Farmer Cooperatives In Public Service Perspective

With the development of rural areas, a single farmer gradually fell behind in the market environment for the development of agricultural production. As a cooperative development,the rural issues take more and more attentions in the rural areas, there are various types of cooperatives. Limited to the tax reform of rural financial constraints, the fiscal impact of rural villages tube to provide public services in rural areas is very difficult. In this context,by satisfying needs within the village,leading to the formation of cooperatives villagers gradually emerge.This ordinary plain paper selected agricultural village in Shandong province as the research object to the field as a means of fieldwork, through the cooperative of Futian Village’s preparation,establishment,operation and its analysis and description of development,sort out the process between setting up and operation of rural cooperatives in logical thinking, identify the source of a variety of problems,and try to analyze the large machinery,which to be the main object of the cooperative,its difference between the current trends in agricultural production cooperatives, agricultural production products for the carrier in the study of such cooperation of the department and the promotion of positive ways. This paper consists of three parts, the first part describes the overview of the Futian Village and the background before the cooperative established, the second part consists of three chapters, from the agricultural cooperative’s setting up, running and developing a detailed description of the process of co-operation,and the third part is a summary to describe the reason of the way agricultural cooperatives change to provide public services, farmers’ cooperatives generate a variety of effects to rural public service providing.
