Analysis Of Influence Factors On Service Demand Of Farm Machinery Operation In Yushu City

In the process of agricultural production,the proportion of the young and middle-aged labor force is decreasing because of the continuous shift of the Rural Labor Force,which highlights the problem of the aging of the rural labor force and the increasing degree of the feminization.With the continuous development and progress of society,the advancement of the agricultural machinery has attracted much attention,not only as an important symbol and content of the development of agricultural modernization,but also as a good driving force for the innovation of Agricultural Industrial Technology.The agricultural machinery can act as a substitute for Labor in agricultural production.This paper takes the service demand of agricultural machinery operation of farmers in Yushu City of Jilin Province as the research subject,and through the analysis of the practical problems in the macrocosm and microcosm,traces back to the source,actively contribute to the overall construction and healthy development of agricultural machinery operation in Yushu City.From the perspective of farmers' demand,this paper analyzes the macro-supply of Agricultural Machinery Operation Service in Yushu City,and finds the following problems:(1)the imbalance of regional supply of agricultural machinery and the poor adaptability of agricultural machinery equipment;(2)the main body of agricultural machinery service supply is large in quantity and decentralized in management;(3)the Basic Level Agricultural Machinery Operation Service Organization is weak;(4)the performance of agricultural machinery operation can not meet the needs of farmers.Based on the results of the survey,the sample data were analyzed by descriptive analysis,and the multiple Logistic regression model was used to analyze and test the service demand,the factors that affect the demand of farm machinery service are: The gender,age,education level of the main laborers,whether they are village cadres,the proportion of the grain planting income to the family income,the contracted acres of land,dispersion degree of grain planting plot and quantity of household farming labor force,the quality and source of farm machinery service,whether provided with guaranteed measures,or agricultural loans.According to the conclusion of the study,from the overall point of view of the operation of agricultural machinery in Yushu City,the process of mechanization in Yushu City has been steadily increasing,and the factors that affect the service demand of agricultural machinery operation of farmers have been weakened:(1)to accelerate the effective transfer of rural labour force and increase the income of farmers in non-agricultural industries;(2)to ensure the orderly transfer of farm contracted land management by farmers and gradually realize the large-scale operation of agriculture;(3)to improve the quality of agricultural machinery operation services,and provides the corresponding safeguard measure;(4)to increase the supply of research and development of Agricultural Machinery Service for new agricultural tools;(5)to improve the efficiency of applying for agricultural loans related to agricultural machinery operation services.
