On Development Of Agricultural Machinery Sharing Mode

Since the reform and opening up,the continuous improvement of agricultural mechanization and the diversification of agricultural machinery have greatly promoted the process of agricultural modernization in China,and various agricultural machinery socialized service organizations have come into being.Agricultural machinery operation service company,as a new type of agricultural machinery operation organization,on the one hand,actively responds to relevant government policies in the purchase of agricultural machinery,and on the other hand,plays an important role in gathering and dispersing agricultural machinery resources to provide Shared services,and improves the use efficiency of various agricultural machinery.At present,in the process of agricultural production,the use of agricultural machinery is facing some difficulties.This article attempts to urban resource sharing model applied in the field of agricultural machinery,agricultural machinery operation service company for sharing carrier of implementing the resources sharing,farm machinery through the perfect management mechanism,the excavation of the agricultural machinery resource sharing new ideas,improve efficiency of the use of idle farm machinery in the agricultural operation services,so as to realize the agricultural machinery operation service and effective connection between agricultural machinery to share.This paper analyzes the conditions and reasons for the sharing of agricultural machinery and the operating mechanism of various agricultural machinery operating subjects.Through the comparison,it is concluded that the agricultural machinery operation service company has the advantages of being the sharing carrier of agricultural machinery in many aspects.However,it is necessary to innovate the existing agricultural machinery operation service companies according to the relatively mature sharing mode of urban operation.Mainly adopts case study and semi-structured interview method,and xinzhou city of shanxi four agricultural machinery operation services companies interview investigation,using the grounded theory,qualitative research software Nvivo three-level coding information given in the original text and the processing of conceptualization,found that "company operating efficiency","resource and contradictions restricting" two core classes are the main factors influencing the share of agricultural machinery,agricultural machinery operation service company in the basis of the influence factors of Shared schema model and carries on the further interpretation.Finally,based on the analysis of the government,agricultural machinery operation service companies and farmers,this paper proposes that the mode of sharing agricultural machinery should mainly rely on the corresponding policy Suggestions for the development of agricultural machinery operation service companies,so as to realize the benign interaction between agricultural machinery operation service companies and the application of agricultural machinery.
