Research On The Influence On Regional Innovation Capability In China By Technology Transfer

A mature regional innovation system usually consists of three basic operation mechanism:the technology innovation system which takes enterprises as the main part, the knowledge innovation system which takes scientific research institutions and universities as the main roles, and the mechanism of technology transfer between technology innovation system and knowledge innovation system. The nature of technology transfer is the flow and diffusion of knowledge between different organizations. Technology transfer can promote enterprise technology innovation, optimization of regional resource configuration, narrow the gap in development among regions, and Promote regional synergy innovation and development by leaps and bounds, technology transfer has become the core of the driving factors of promoting regional innovation ability. So research on the influence on regional innovation capability in china by technology transfer, which has important practical significance to promote regional technology transfer and promote regional innovation ability.Based on the summarizing of previous studies, this article has carried on the expansion and extension from the perspective of research and the research content. First of all, based on the technology transfer rule and the analysis of basic theory of the influence of technology transfer to the regional innovation ability, From the regional technology innovation main body, technology, industry and economy dimension,analyze the influence on regional innovation capability by technology transfer. Secondly, this thesis bulids the assessment system based on technology creativity, technology exportation, technology absorbtion,technology transfer environment and technology transfer performance. By utilizingpanel data of various provinces and cities in China in 2009-2013, study the evaluation and analysis of technology transfer and regional innovation capability. The results show that the overall index level is on the rise in china, and there is great gap between eastern, central and western regions, and the index back-and-forth swings on account of influencing by internal and external environment in different region. At last, in view of the problems existing in the development of technology transfer and regional innovation, this paper proposes the development countermeasures from the angle of system,strategy, subject and environment.
