Study On The Influence On Regional Innovation Capability In China By Knowledge Transfer

Since the reform and opening up, the regional innovation capability in ourcountry has been significantly improved, knowledge flow influence the regionalinnovation capability more and more, study on this problem has importantsignificance in theory and practice. The existing literature is mostly study on oneknowledge transfer mode effect on regional innovation capability, few peoplecombined with a variety of knowledge transfer mode to analysis the influence ofknowledge flow effect on the regional innovation capability more comprehensive.This paper has studied the present situation of all kinds of knowledge transfer modeand the regional innovation capability in our country, then analyzed the influencemechanism and contribution degree of the various knowledge transfer mode effect onregional innovation capability, and on this basis put forward the countermeasure andthe suggestion to enhance the regional innovation capability in our country.Based on the theory analysis of knowledge transfer and regional innovationcapability, this paper chooses five kinds of knowledge transfer mode includingenterprises-universities-researches cooperation、introducing FDI、international trade、technology transfer、technical consultation and service as the indexes to measure thetimely difference and spatial difference of different forms of knowledge transfereffect on regional innovation capability in China from the angle of technology flow、capital flow、personnel flow、product flow and information flow, and draw thefollowing conclusions：On the whole, different forms of knowledge transfer producepositive influence on regional innovation capability, in addition to foreign technologytransfer have no significant effect on regional innovation capability, the effect ofother forms of knowledge transfer is very distinct. From the view of time ly difference,enterprises-universities-researches cooperation、introducing FDI、international tradehave significant positive impact on regional innovation capability in each year, butthe influence of domestic and international technology transfer、technical consultationand service effect on regional innovation capability is relatively weak, and notsignificant, the influence degree and fluctuation amplitude present a different rule in2007as the boundary line. From the view of spatial difference, in addition to thedomestic technology transfer have no significant effect on the eastern regionalinnovation capability,the effect of other forms of knowledge is both very distinct in east, central and west, among them the influence of the foreign technology transfer ineast and the technical consultation and service in west effect on innovation capabilityis negative, the effect of other forms of knowledge is positive, and the influencedegree of all kind of knowledge transfer effect on eastern, central and westernregional innovation capability is significantly different.Finally, this paper based on the research conclusion above, combined with theexperience of foreign developed countries and domestic advanced cities from theperspective of knowledge transfer, put forward the countermeasure and the suggestionto enhance the regional innovation capability in our country from the national leveland regional level.
