With the Internet penetration rate rising, the netizen scale is continually expanding, theboom in online shopping, B2C transaction scale in the whole Chinese network shoppingmarket in the proportion of continuously improve, B2C e-commerce model has become themainstream model of consumer online shopping. But as the electronic commerce platformB2C the development of our time, type, visibility, logistics mode are different, so that TheB2C business platform has many problems and shortcomings in the development process. Inthe domestic and foreign research on the development level of B2C business platform ofalmost no development, therefore, how to measure the level of different B2C electric businessplatform, find out the deficiency in the development of the platform and the existing problems,and puts forward the optimization and the development strategy of the study is the focus ofthis paper, the theory and significance in the practical sense of China’s B2C e-commerceplatform development level has a great role in the promotion.In this paper, on the base of the analysis of the majority of our B2C business platform ofoperation process, find out the six major factors influencing the level of development of B2Ce-commerce platform in China: the supply of goods, platform site, well-known platform,platform, logistics, customer service, customer profitability, combined with literature dataanalysis, expert consultation, with the strategic, scientific, comprehensive, comparable,quantitative and qualitative, maneuverability, dynamic and static combination principle, findout the representative of the6first level indicators,16level two indexes and42three levelindexes, constructs the China B2C e-commerce platform development level evaluation indexsystem, and on this basis, using expert scoring and AHP method, the evaluation model to getthe weight of each index and the paper, which combines data collection, analysis, calculation,China’s B2C e-commerce platform development level of scoring and ranking. Finally,according to the results of evaluation and the platform is the current development situation,empirical research, find out the shortage of platform in the development and existingproblems, propose targeted, practical optimization and development strategies, to improve theplatform in the future level of development have certain reference and guidance.
