The Investigation On The Financing Of New Agricultural Business Subject In Anhui Province

With the rapid development of agricultural economy, new agricultural business subject comes into being, which is the mark that the agriculture in China is in the period of transition to standardization, large-scale and intensification. Nowadays, new Agricultural business subject has already become the basic power of Chinese agricultural development. It is obvious in the development of agricultural economy in Anhui Province. However, the new agricultural business subject is still in the initial stage with undeveloped aspects, deficient fund. These problems seriously affect the prosperity of agricultural economy and the all-round development of economy in Anhui Province. Therefore, it is very important to study how to relieve the financing dilemma in Anhui Province and assist the development of new agricultural subject.On the basis of financing theory of new agricultural business subjects and middle and small-sized enterprises, this paper surveys the financing of new agricultural business subjects in Anhui Province by the internet. Through comparing and analyzing four business subjects, this paper tries to inquire the reason why the new agricultural business subjects are in a dilemma. From the standpoint of new agricultural business subjects, financing institutions and government, the final purpose of this paper is to give advice to relieve the financing dilemma of new agricultural business subjects by using the experience of other developed countries for reference and considering the characters of financing in Anhui Province.This paper is divided into five parts. The first section states the research background and trends, significance and methods of this survey. The second section discusses the theory support of financing analysis which is needed in this paper. The third section is the main part of this paper, which states the financing problems of four new agricultural business subjects in Anhui Province. The forth section discusses how developed-agriculture areas in other countries deal with such problems. The last section judges different measures which solve financing problems, and gives some advices to relieve the financing dilemma.
