Research On The Problems Of The Development Of New Agricultural Management Subjects In Dongyuan County

Over the past forty years,with the progress of agricultural science and technology in China,agriculture has undergone profound changes.The traditional agricultural model is based on the family as the main body.It has the shortcomings of the scattered land,which makes it can not form a big scale,and makes the production cost relatively high.In order to solve this problem.In 2012,Chinese government puts forward the concept of new agricultural management,and for three years,it requires to develop modern agriculture vigorously and further improve the modern agricultural management system.The new types of agricultural subjects are the important force in the development of modern agriculture and the necessary condition for the development of agriculture.In recent years,with the development of the society,the villages and towns are also developing rapidly,and the new types of agricultural management subjects have been rising,and they have also promoted the development and expansion of the agricultural service system.Under the environment of agricultural modernization and market demand,the new agricultural management subjects of Dongyuan county have also been developed rapidly and diversified,but they are also some problems that need to be solved.Under the background,this paper will carry out the research on the development of the newly emerging agricultural management subjects in Dongyuan County,and hope this research can promote a better development of agriculture in Dongyuan county.This article adopts the method of literature research method and field investigation.By consulting a lot of literature,the author knows the general situation of relevant research at home and abroad,and introduces the definition,types,development process and importance of the new agricultural management subjects,and chooses the theory of cooperative economy and the theory of appropriate agricultural scale management as the effective theory basis.In addition,through the field investigation on Dongyuan County,the author tries to understand and master the basic situation of the new agricultural subjects in the county mainly from the aspects of their structure,scale and benefit.It has been found that the main types of new agricultural management subjects in Dongyuan County are leading enterprises,agricultural cooperatives,family farms and large professional households,and they have formed a certain scale and have been with a certain efficiency.What's more,in order to promote the development of new agricultural management subjects,Dongyuan County has conducted series of works from the aspects of landcirculation and policy support.After analyzing the current status,the author finds that it has the problems of low effect of land circulation,financing difficulties,low service level and low quality of agricultural labor in Dongyuan county,and the factors include that the land circulation procedure is not standard in towns and countrysides,the financial loan is difficult to achieve,the service system is not perfect and the personnel training is insufficient.In order to deal with the existing problems,it finally puts forward some suggestions of improving the land circulation system,innovating the rural financial service system,improving the service level of agricultural socialization and strengthening the quality of the new management subjects,so as to promote the better development of the new agricultural operation subjects in Dongyuan and further promote the comprehensive,healthy and sustainable development of agriculture in this area.
