The world economic situation is changeable, and it directly affects the international trade and shipping market, which leads the shipbuilding industry to a cyclical fluctuations. As an end supplier of the industry, these enterprises that provide equipment to original OEM face all kinds of risks in their production and operation, and among which the risks within the sales activities are more complex and have more potential threats to the enterprise. What’s more, the sales activities owns the characteristic of "project" and the "customization", this would bring more potential risks, and lead to more serious loss and damage once the risks occur.This thesis studies the risk management of project type sales activity in ship supporting industries, refers to the exiting achievement of forefathers’, comprehensively uses SWOT analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods, bases on the theory of risk management, project management, focus on the various risks that D company facing in sales activities and their characteristics, analyzes the risk management measures, and values these measures. A typical character of this article is to simplify the risk management process to be put forward questions, analyze questions and resolve questions, to combine risk management and project management for analysis, and to apply the SWOT analysis of various management measures.This article mainly uses the method of case analysis, combines general theory of risk management and project management with the practice of D company, appropriately uses chart and mathematical model to assist in the channeling and explanation of the relevant theories, and also raises the reader’s reading interest.
