According to the finance leasing in my years of experience, by understanding a series of finance leases and operating practices. Firstly, I will Combine the risk management theory and Identify the general risks and specific risks of the lessor in the face of this project. Secondly, I will proof the level of the risk of financial lease program by using AHP and choose less risky options. At last, I will put forward the corresponding risk prevention measures for the risk of different financial leasing.This paper will have a major practical significance and application value, which for experienced the global financial crisis and the Chinese shipping company.
