Along with the increasing of proportion of internet marketing in the market economy,the medium and small home textile enterprises pay more attention on the role of internet marketing, and regard the internet marketing as an important part of marketing system. The internet marketing can expand the products propagandizing of the company, enhance the brand recognition, attract customer’s interests, and decrease operating cost. Only when the internet marketing is utilized and mastered better, the enterprises can be developed faster and earn more economic profits.For the ZBSK Home Textiles, as a medium and small home textile company which just enters into the internet market, being involved in the continuous developing internet marketing could be an opportunity but also a challenge at the same time. The company has to choose the proper internet marketing strategy which is suitable for the self-development,depending on the company’s real situation.By relating to the internet marketing theory, this article comprehensively utilizes document analyses, case studies, SWOT analysis, and other measures, to research the ZBSK Company’s internet marketing. By analyzing the current situation of company’s internet marketing and the single strategy used by the company, the limitations of the current internet marketing strategy are proposed, which mainly include the following five aspects: the high risk of single sales platform, the inflexible using of advertising and promoting tools, high marketing cost, poor capacities of marketing team. Relating with the current situation of ZBSK Company, and by analyzing the marketing mode and developing trend of internet marketing, the internet marketing strategy is optimized based on the current basis of internet marketing development. By the optimization, it can reduce the aimless expenditures in internet marketing, acquire effectiveness evaluations and feedback information of internet marketing, adjust the internet marketing plan to be suitable for the development reality, and get the better internet marketing effectiveness. Meanwhile, form the following three aspects: reducing manufacturing cost, enhancing the establishment of marketing tem, and improving service system, the relative protecting measures are proposed, which can provide theory supports for the future development of company’s internet marketing. Thus it can ensure that the development of company’s internetmarketing can be sustainable, and company can constantly gain benefits from the development of internet marketing.
